The challenge
What this project had to solve.
The challenge: an empty shell had to become a finished, inspection-passed restaurant before a hard, publicized opening date — with the front-of-house design and the back-of-house code requirements both non-negotiable. What we did: we sequenced the trades tightly, ran inspections and finishes in parallel where it was safe to, and protected the critical path so a slip in one area didn't cascade. The result: a complete commercial build-out handed over ready to open, on schedule.
Scope of work
A bare North Park shell had to become a fully operating restaurant against a fixed opening date. We delivered the full build-out — back-of-house kitchen, dining room, finishes, and custom millwork — coordinated trade by trade to that deadline. Polished concrete, reclaimed oak, and bespoke millwork gave the room a warm, durable character that suits a high-traffic hospitality space, while the commercial kitchen and systems were built to pass inspection the first time.
