Swell Contracting is owned and operated by Ben Braswell and Lauren Braswell — a San Diego family who treat every project like it's their own home. Ben Braswell leads the build and holds the crews to one standard; Lauren Braswell keeps every client informed from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
