Home wellness, a few steps from your door.

Saunas, cold plunges, pools and whole-house water filtration, planned around your space and your daily routine.

That unused corner could become your favorite part of home.

The side yard you rarely use. The patio with nowhere to sit. The workout equipment waiting for a permanent home. Give that space a purpose: somewhere to move, unwind or spend an unhurried evening. Start with one improvement or plan a connected indoor-outdoor setting around the way you live.

A sauna you can step out to

Warm timber, a place to leave your towel and a private route from the house. We install saunas and plan the surrounding surfaces, lighting and access for the setting you choose.

A cold plunge with a place of its own

Set it beside a sauna or give it a sheltered corner near the house. Equipment placement, a clear walking route and space to maintain the unit belong in the design from the start.

A pool that belongs in your yard

Plan new pool construction or rethink the space around an existing pool. Leave room for the way you want to spend the day, whether that's swimming, sitting in the shade or gathering outside.

Water treatment, considered from the start

Include whole-house water filtration in the project conversation. We review your water supply and treatment goals, then plan the selected system's installation and maintenance access.

Bring the idea.
Let’s work out the scope.

You don’t need an equipment list or a finished design to start. Request a project conversation about the space you have and how you want to use it.

Plan my wellness space

Your starting-point conversation

  • Talk through a single installation or a connected wellness space.
  • Identify the site, access and utility questions to review.
  • Separate your essentials from the ideas to explore next.

Design, equipment, permits and construction are scoped separately. This is an inquiry, not an instant estimate or confirmed appointment.

Sauna, plunge, and a place to slow down.

Walk out from the house, leave your towel within reach and settle into a seat afterward. Privacy, planting and lighting can make the equipment feel like part of your home. Swell can install Morozko Forge cold-plunge equipment and coordinate the surrounding construction. We check the selected model's support, power, weather protection and service requirements before defining the work.

Make the yard a reason to stay home.

A pool, somewhere to sit in the shade and a clear route back to the house. Plan those spaces together so the yard works for a swim, a quiet evening or friends coming over. Swell builds new pools and improves existing pool surroundings, with access, utilities and applicable approvals considered alongside the design.

Talk through your outdoor plan

Garage gym design concept. Not a completed project.

Give your workout a permanent home.

Stop moving the mat to make room for everything else. Plan a gym area with space around the equipment, storage for the smaller pieces and flooring chosen for how you'll train. A garage gym can connect to an outdoor sauna or plunge, with each area reviewed for its intended use and the work it needs.

Whole-house filtration starts with your water.

Tell us what you want to address, then review your utility's water report or appropriate testing before selecting equipment. Whole-house filtration, softening and drinking-water treatment serve different needs. We plan installation space and filter-change access around the chosen system, and check its documented treatment claims rather than promising that one filter handles everything.

Good spaces start
with a clear plan.

Before choosing finishes, we look at how you want to use the space and what your property needs to support it.

  1. 1

Show us the space and the idea

Use the project guide to tell us what you'd like to add and what matters most. Photos, approximate dimensions and any equipment links help us understand your starting point. You can ask for help even if you haven't chosen a unit.

  2. 2

    Talk through the scope options

Start with one installation, plan a sauna-and-plunge setting or discuss a larger yard and gym project. We review access and utilities, identify site questions and separate the essentials from the additions you'd like to consider.

  3. 3

Agree on what the build includes

Define equipment supply, installation and surrounding construction in writing. The scope also needs to account for design, applicable permits, specialist work and ongoing service access before construction starts.

A few things worth knowing.

Can Swell install a sauna or cold plunge?

Yes. Swell installs saunas and cold plunges, including Morozko Forge equipment, and builds the surrounding space. We review the selected model and your property's conditions before agreeing on the work. Equipment supply is listed separately in the scope so you know what is included.

Do you build new pools or only the surrounding space?

We offer both new pool construction and improvements around an existing pool. Share what you have in mind so we can review the site, the layout and the project requirements together. A pool can be part of a wider sauna, plunge and outdoor living plan.

Does whole-house filtration also soften water?

Not necessarily. Filtration and softening address different needs. Start with your water conditions and the concern you want to address, then check the selected system's documentation and certifications. Filters also need maintenance according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Do I need to have the whole project figured out?

No. Start with the space you have and what you'd like to do there. The project guide helps you put those ideas into an inquiry for the Swell team. The project conversation can cover a single installation, a larger plan or work divided into stages; design, pricing and construction scope require a separate review.

Can you tell me which sauna or plunge is right for my health?

Swell helps with the construction and equipment installation, not medical advice. Ask a qualified healthcare professional whether sauna or cold-water use is appropriate for you, and follow the equipment manufacturer's use and safety instructions.
